We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime. As Director of Analytics, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution that transform data into insights powering business growth, fan engagement, and operational excellence. You will build the unified analytics foundation that enables Hasbro's DTC-as-a-Service (DTCaaS) model, delivering shared infrastructure, standardized measurement, and actionable intelligence across Pulse, D&D Beyond, and future brand storefronts.
This role blends strategic leadership with technical depth to ensure our data capabilities scale with the business and elevate fan experience, product performance, and operational efficiency. You will champion enterprise-wide data literacy, foster a culture of data-informed decision-making, and establish clear ROI frameworks to measure and communicate the impact of analytics investments.
This role is a hybrid role based in Renton, WA with three days a week expected in office.
