Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English. Completion of a recognized training program for direct care workers or equivalent experience. Experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Empathetic and compassionate nature toward clients. Ability to follow instructions and document care services accurately. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
