Wir bauen und betreiben das Höchstspannungsnetz in Ostdeutschland und befinden uns mitten in einem ambitionierten Investitionsprogramm mit zahlreichen neuen Assets und Technologien. In meiner Rolle als Digitalisierungsmanager*in unterstütze ich die Teams dabei, moderne Geoinformationssystem-Lösungen (GIS/BIM) einzuführen sowie den Übergang von Bauprojekten in den Betrieb digital und reibungslos zu gestalten. Meine Aufgaben: • Abstimmung und Priorisierung von Business-Anforderungen aus den Betriebsbereichen in Bezug auf GIS/BIM gemeinsam mit der IT, • Mitarbeit (ggf. auch Leitung) im Produktteam der zentralen ArcGIS-Plattform bei 50Hertz, • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung der Datenstrategie, Sicherstellung klarer Datenverantwortlichkeiten sowie Etablierung eines Data-Mesh-Konzeptes für Asset-Daten. Meine Kompetenzen: • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, • Kenntnisse im Bereich GIS-Plattformen (ArcGIS, ESRI-Komponenten) sowie von BIM-Komponenten und -Prozessen, • Erfahrungen in der Datenmodellierung von Asset-Komponenten (z. B. CIM-Modelle), • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (jeweils mind. B2/C1), • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung (Produkt-Erfahrung), • Strategisch-analytisches Denkvermögen mit klarem Fokus auf nachhaltigen Business Value, • Ausgeprägte technische Affinität sowie eine pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität.
