The Opportunity As a Digitalisation Delivery Engineer based in Singapore, you will be the bridge between the physical and digital sides of a building. You will verify that the MEP and spatial data feeding our platform is accurate and complete, so our AI agents can reason and act with precision, setting the delivery standard for our expansion across 50+ markets. What You'll Do •      Verify spatial and MEP equipment data (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, security and building automation) against physical buildings, and register accurate equipment and relationship data on our delivery platform. •      Encode IoT point lists, prepare protocol-specific binding tables, configure gateways and commission multi-protocol communications (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA, KNX). •      Run self- and peer-reviews so every deliverable meets our global quality benchmarks (precision ≥95%, completeness ≥98%, IoT connectivity ≥95%, data accuracy ≥98%) before client submission. •      Work closely with Project Managers on delivery planning, BIM Modellers on model accuracy, and Solution Architects on platform configuration. •      Diagnose and resolve on-site delivery issues, from model-to-reality discrepancies to multi-protocol IoT integration problems.
