This role is essential in crafting and maintaining a secure online atmosphere, where you will analyze digital interactions, enforce community guidelines, and ensure user safety across platforms. Responsibilities Evaluate online content and user behavior to identify threats and violations of safety protocols. Investigate reported issues and provide organized feedback and solutions to improve digital safety measures. Advise users on safety practices, reporting options, and relevant policies to ensure a secure user experience. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance user protection initiatives and implement new safety features. Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging risks, and legal frameworks related to online safety. Create comprehensive reports and analytics reflecting the status of safety issues and incident responses. Engage in user outreach and training focused on safe online practices and community guidelines. Requirements Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or similar analytical roles is a plus. Deep knowledge of online safety protocols, user protection principles, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to assist and inform users effectively. Familiarity with content moderation tools and data analysis applications. Capacity to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
