We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.   We are seeking  a passionate Student Assistant to join our digital delivery and change competency area in Global IT. In this role, you will help people adapt to new ways of working with IT solutions, such as new systems, processes, or tools. For example, when rolling out a new payroll system, change management includes training employees, communicating what’s changing and why, and supporting employees so they can confidently start using the new system in their daily work.  You will be based in Hellerup, Denmark and joining the tight-knit, autonomous and resourceful User Adoption team consisting of 7 colleagues. When relevant, you will be supporting activities in adjacent teams in the fields of facilitation, user experience, design thinking, and project delivery. We see our student assistants as an integrated part of our team. You will be trusted with responsibility and a broad mandate, with plenty of room to shape how tasks are approached and solved.  Your key responsibilities will be:  Creating excellent visual communication content, conveying the relevant information to the audience  Developing training material, e.g. as e-learning courses or step-by-step guides which will help end-users navigate new or updated IT systems  Collaborating with team members to design and prepare engaging workshops, including: agenda setting, creating workshop materials, and logistics  Facilitating or co-facilitating workshop sessions, capturing workshop outcomes, and supporting workshop follow-up actions  Helping your colleagues with ad hoc tasks, e.g. building information sites (e.g. on SharePoint) for end-users to find information on IT solutions  Qualifications and Skills:  Ideally, you are starting your third year of your Bachelor studies or the first year of your Master’s studies in the fields of Change Management, User Experience Design, Project Management, Business Administration, Digital Health, or something completely different. You are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken.   Furthermore,  you :  Communicate clearly in PowerPoint, with the ability to structure presentations and create engaging layouts, graphic designs and diagrams  Write concisely and persuasively in English  Thrive in a project-based environment, juggling multiple tasks while keeping a clear overview and staying on top of priorities  As a person, you are   Curious, people-oriented, and naturally drawn to underst
