As a Digital Support Team Manager based in Ripon, youll be responsible for: • Leading and managing the Digital Support Team, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service across all digital channels • Supporting and enhancing digital trading capabilities for customers, branches, and the wider business • Collaborating closely with the Digital team to continuously improve and develop the overall digital customer experience • Overseeing team performance through effective communication management and strong people leadership practices • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders (from branch to director level), external customers, and key suppliers And heres what wed like you to have: • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Good people management and relationship skills • Strong decision-making skills • Remaining calm under pressure • Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment We look forward to receiving your application.
