Who we’re looking for: As a Digital Strategist at VML, you will be instrumental in leading and developing cutting-edge social media and content strategies that align precisely with our clients' brand and business objectives. You will act as a crucial social media expert, constantly monitoring emerging platforms, formats, creators, and cultural trends. Your collaborative spirit will drive impactful content strategies and executions alongside creative teams, all while ensuring consistency, relevance, innovation, and performance across every digital touchpoint. What you’ll be doing: Lead and develop comprehensive social media and content strategies that are aligned with brand and business objectives. Act as a social media expert, continuously staying abreast of emerging platforms, formats, creators, and cultural trends. Collaborate closely with creative teams to effectively brief, co-create, and deliver content strategies and executions that are relevant, distinctive, and performance-driven. Monitor and analyze real-time social media performance, proactively identifying optimization opportunities across various platforms. Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable reports and strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams. Ensure consistency, relevance, and innovation across all social touchpoints for assigned brands and campaigns. What you’ll need: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Strategy. Proven expertise in leading and developing social media and content strategies. Deep understanding of emerging social media platforms, formats, and cultural trends. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams. Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities. Excellent ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategic recommendations. Experience in ensuring consistency, relevance, and innovation across social touchpoints.
