What you do • Serve as the primary expert and point of contact for complex Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) matters, providing guidance, interpretation of policy, and risk‑based recommendations to stakeholders across AZ Technology. • Act as a subject‑matter expert across all relevant risk domains (operational, IT, cybersecurity, privacy, continuity, financial, compliance), ensuring TPRM decisions are informed, consistent, and properly documented. • Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Allianz Group Third‑Party Risk Management Policy within AZ Technology, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational effectiveness. • Support the development, refinement, and embedding of TPRM‑related governance processes, methodologies, and controls. • Plan, coordinate, and execute Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) for all in‑scope third‑party relationships throughout the outsourcing lifecycle (onboarding, contract lifecycle, change, exit). • Own and manage the System of Governance control for the TPRM/Outsourcing Function, ensuring adherence, documentation quality, and timely remediation. • Support and follow up on internal and external audits (e.g., Group, divisional, regulatory), ensuring preparedness, timely responses, and remediation tracking. • Contribute to the annual TPRM/Outsourcing Assurance Reports for AZ Technology senior management and key Allianz Technology customers. What you bring • 6+ years of professional experience in TPRM, outsourcing governance, vendor/contract management, procurement, or relevant risk domains (operational risk, IT risk, project risk, business risk). • University degree in Law, Business, Economics, or another relevant field. • Strong understanding of outsourcing regulations, especially within financial services (e.g., DORA, EBA Guidelines, Group governance frameworks). • Excellent command of English (written and spoken). • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments, with strong structuring, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver high‑quality outputs on time. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence and resolve conflicts constructively. • Experience working in virtual, international teams; ability to work independently when required. • High level of self‑motivation, resilience under pressure, and a willingness to continuously learn. • Proactive mindset with the ability to independently research, assess, and recommend solutions to complex risk issues. • Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ORGS/OpenPages and ServiceNow is an advantage. • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
