Description
Our Supply & Material Planning Domain ,  is looking for a Digital Project Manager based in the Upline - Villeneuve D’Ascq. Within the Digital Value Chain teams,  you will be in charge of the stream “Transformation Network & Pricing” of the initiative End-to-End Planning. This stream focuses on the "Clean APO" project, which aims to replace the legacy SAP APO system with modern, interconnected tools for preseason planning and product pricing. YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION As a Digital Project Manager, you will be in charge of: Managing the Software Ecosystem: You will oversee a suite of specialized tools—including Smart Request For Quotation (product quoting), Smart Sharing (product distribution), and various pricing calculators—that manage the product lifecycle. It concerns both finished goods and components. Overseeing Data Flow: You will ensure product data moves accurately across all systems: from initial creation (Product Lifecycle Management), through the quoting and distribution phases, to final price setup in our SAP backbone. Coordinating Teams: You will act as a central bridge, aligning different departments (such as Sourcing, Pricing, Supply, and Industrial teams) to ensure consistency and efficiency. Managing Complex Pricing Logic: You will oversee the technical calculations for costs, including the nuances between contract prices and final retail pricing models. Safe System Transition: Working in tandem with Product Managers and Process Owners, you will manage the secure, step-by-step retirement of the legacy SAP APO system to ensure zero disruption to business operations. WHAT YOU BRING Experience & Hard Skills Senior Leadership: 3 - 5 years of experience managing large-scale digital projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in data architecture and multi-system integration. Procurement & Commercial Strategy: Advanced proficiency in end-to-end Sourcing, Request For Quotation management, and Pricing structures within industrial and retail environments. Enterprise Data Architecture: Expertise in Master Data Management (BOM, Basic Data) and asynchronous data integration across system landscapes via event streaming platforms (Kafka, Relay). ERP Proficiency: Proven familiarity with SAP ecosystems, including both ECC and S/4HANA environments.     Soft Skills & Mindset You have a proven ability to balance long-term vision with short and medium-term goals. Stakeholder Management: Ability to confidently facilitate steering committees with Business and Industrial Directors, and provide firm, decisive leadership when managing external integrators. Simplification: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical architectures into simple, business-oriented concepts. Change Management: Experience driving international change management. Ideally, you have already contributed to a successful worldwide deployment. Growth Mindset: Agile, focused on continuous improvement, and passionate about collective intelligence and the industrial world. You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment. You are passionate about sports and digital technology, and you love to share and contribute.
