Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Product Specialist to join our innovative digital team. You will play a key role in optimizing digital product offerings and enhancing the customer experience through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Verify and validate healthcare professionals (HCPs) to ensure platform credibility. Maintain high accuracy and quality of user data through regular checks and updates. Communicate with users, including doctors, to confirm and complete required information. Manage user inquiries across Medsulto and digital channels in a timely manner. Resolve user issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and supportive approach. Track platform usage, growth, and engagement metrics and generate reports. Utilize digital and AI tools to enhance workflows, support engagement activities, and improve overall efficiency.   Requirements 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report data High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy Digitally savvy with familiarity in online tools (AI knowledge is a plus) Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
