The Digital & Marketplaces Manager contributes to the implementation of the company’s overall digital strategy by optimizing visibility, commercial performance, and brand image through content, retail media activations, and marketplace management. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketplace Management Develop and manage the BIC brand presence on marketplaces (Amazon 3P ...) Define the assortment and develop part of it with the internal partner  and marketing team Optimize product listings (content, pricing, visuals, marketplace SEO) Track sales performance (P&L, revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.) Manage external partners (agencies, distributors, integrators) Ensure listing compliance and a high-quality customer experience 2. Retail Media Management Define and manage the retail media strategy for click & mortar clients and B2B clients in collaboration with a media agency Manage sponsored campaigns and optimize their performance (ROAS, CPA, ROI) for these clients Collaborate with sales teams and distribution partners Coordinate and analyze data (across all channels) to share insights with local and European teams Monitor retail media trends and innovations 3. Content Management & Digital Shelf Define and deploy the content playbooks for e-commerce customers ( including pure players and omni‑channels for B2B/D1K and B2C/D3K)  in line with marketing and commercial objectives Define and brief ecom content requirements (copy, visuals, videos, product pages, etc.), execution plans and marketing alignment for launches , campaigns and local assets. Provide clear briefs with KPIs. Ensure data accuracy and content consistency across content platforms (PIM, DAL, ECM, etc) and omni retailers in collaboration with EU content manager Own SPARC score management for omnichannel including reporting, action planning and follow‑up execution with KAMs. Track inputs such as content quality, image coverage, and review health to lift SPARC. Provide SEO optimization recommendations for content to improve visibility and traffic Qualifications • Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in digital marketing, e-commerce, or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar rôle (digital, e-commerce, marketplaces ) • Analytical and Strategic mindset with a strong focus on performance and ROI • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Comfortable with structured, decision-oriented reporting • Ability to connect media performance, content, and business outcomes • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (marketing, sales, Europe, agencies) • Ability to influence without direct authority and to simplify complex technical topics for non-expert audiences • Clear, structured, and impact-driven communication • Professional proficiency in French and English is essential BIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
