NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a financial services organization to identify a Digital Marketing Manager in Richardson, TX. This role is 100% onsite and will lead social media strategy, paid media initiatives, and customer acquisition efforts while building a scalable digital marketing function to support continued organizational growth. This position is ideal for a strategic digital marketing leader who enjoys blending creativity with analytics, has a passion for building high-performing teams, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where they can own strategy from concept through execution. Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 5-10 years of progressive digital marketing experience with a strong focus on social media strategy and paid media Experience managing media buying, advertising budgets, and performance marketing campaigns across multiple social platforms Proven success developing customer acquisition strategies using digital marketing metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, cost per lead, and campaign performance Background in financial services, consumer finance, debt settlement, lending, or another regulated consumer-facing industry Preferred: Agency experience prior to transitioning into an in-house marketing role Experience building and leading digital marketing teams Expertise developing creative campaigns that combine compelling messaging with data-driven optimization Experience managing analytics dashboards, marketing technology, and campaign reporting Strong executive presence with the ability to influence strategy and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership If you're looking for an opportunity to build and lead a growing digital marketing function while driving customer acquisition and brand growth for a rapidly expanding organization, we'd love to connect.
