From throwing phones off dams to launching category-defining products, our ambition is simple: raise the standard of the industry and build one of the most effective consumer brands in the world. 👨💻 About the Role As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing and optimising our paid acquisition strategy, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Amazon Ads. This role sits at the intersection of commercial performance and marketing execution, where your work will directly influence revenue, efficiency, and growth. You will take ownership of campaign execution, performance monitoring, and optimisation, ensuring we continuously improve our PPC performance. Working within a fast-moving Growth function, you will contribute to how we scale our paid channels, test new opportunities, and drive measurable business impact. With strong exposure to performance marketing and cross-functional collaboration, this role offers an excellent platform to develop deep expertise in paid media and grow into a broader growth or performance marketing role over time. Please note that this role will be situated at our office in Lahore (Upper Mall), working on-site from Monday-Thursday, with Friday being an optional WFH day. The normal working hours will be 10am - 7pm PKT. 👋 About You You are someone who is analytically strong and comfortable working with data to inform decisions, as well as commercially aware with a clear understanding of how marketing performance links to revenue. You should ideally have some experience in Ad Platforms. You are proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and an ability to identify opportunities for improvement. You effectively prioritise tasks while maintaining a detail-oriented approach and high levels of accuracy. Learning is second nature to you, and you are particularly curious about PPC and performance marketing. You demonstrate a strong sense of accountability; when performance shifts, you investigate, learn, and take action. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Implement and support PPC strategy across Google Ads and Amazon Ads Conduct keyword research, campaign structuring, and ongoing optimisation Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities Generate actionable insights to improve performance against key KPIs Manage and optimise budget allocation to maximise ROI Report on PPC performance on a weekly basis Collaborate with creative, product, and commercial teams to align campaigns with business goals Maintain accurate and up-to-date campaign documentation Stay up to date with platform changes, tools, and industry best practices Continuously test, learn, and iterate to drive incremental performance improvements ✔️How will success be measured? Improvement in PPC performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate) Ability to drive incremental growth, not just maintain baseline performance Effective budget allocation and efficiency improvements Quality and clarity of reporting and insights Contribution to overall revenue growth through paid channels Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakehol
