Overview We're partnering with a growing professional services business to hire an SEO Executive as part of an expanding in house marketing function. Requirements This is a hands on role focused on improving search visibility, driving organic growth, and supporting how the business appears across both traditional search and emerging AI-powered search platforms The company is looking for someone who enjoys execution, testing ideas, and delivering measurable SEO impact, rather than managing team Key Responsibilities • Deliver day to day SEO activity across multiple websites • Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities • Implement on page and technical SEO improvements • Support content creation and optimisation • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns • Track rankings, traffic, leads, and campaign performance • Support local SEO and authority building initiatives • Improve visibility across traditional and AI driven search platform What We're Looking For • 2-3 years' experience in a hands on SEO or digital marketing role • Strong understanding of technical and on page SEO • Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Search Console • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns • Comfortable implementing recommendations directly • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail • Knowledge of local SEO is advantageous What’s in it for you? • Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience • Opportunity to join a growing marketing team • High level of ownership and autonomy • Exposure to AI search and future facing SEO strategies • Long term progression opportunities Interested in this job?
