Digital Marketing Coordinator Vogt Auction Galleries – San Antonio, TX Do you love and live art, antiques, vintage finds, or jewelry? Come work with Vogt and help us find new ways to sell old treasures. At Vogt Auction Galleries, you’ll work with our Vice President of Marketing to get the word out about our auctions, grow our online presence, build brand awareness, and bring in new bidders and consignors. This role is a great opportunity to learn about antiques, fine art, objets d’art, and the auction business while growing your digital marketing career. Key responsibilities Publish and update upcoming auctions on the Vogt website, online bidding platforms, Google Business, estatesales.net and other relevant event listing calendars Create, post, and use storytelling to craft engaging content across all social media channels Set up and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising Build and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns (e.g., via Mailchimp, SimpleText) Maintain and organize customer contact information for email and mailing lists to ensure accurate segmentation and deliverability Data analysis of bidder history for implementing automated email targeting Support online reputation management by monitoring brand mentions, requesting reviews, and escalating issues as needed Collaborate with marketing and the auction specialists to develop, execute, and improve marketing endeavors and seek new opportunities Research and recommend AI tools that can improve efficiency and expand the reach of marketing campaigns Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for basic image editing and asset preparation Basic video editing skills for short-form social media content (i.e. CapCut, Premiere, etc.) Basics of excel or Google Sheets Experience using a website content management system (such as WordPress) is a plus Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus What we’re looking for A genuine love or curiosity for either antiques, art, vintage, Texas history, and auctions Someone who’s always looking to learn, grow, and sharpen their marketing skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy A great attitude, sense of humor, and enthusiasm for marketing Open to work occasional weekends for auction events
