ROLE
We're seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Digital Marketing and Analytics Specialist to support Nexus Marketing's client engagements across SEO, GEO, and analytics.
This is a client support role for someone with a few years of experience who's ready to own meaningful pieces of client work and grow within a fast-moving agency.
You'll support our account managers and become an expert in the mechanics of modern marketing — preparing client deliverables, running SEO and GEO analysis, and building the analytics reporting that shows clients how their marketing is performing.
You'll join client calls in a supporting role, and ideal candidates will be comfortable presenting their own analysis directly to clients as they grow into the role.
This is a strong fit for an early-to-mid-career marketer or analyst who enjoys digging into data, solving problems, and translating findings into clear recommendations.
If you have a background in SEO or analytics — whether at an agency or in-house — and want to deepen your expertise across SEO, GEO, and AI-driven search, this is an excellent next step.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare client deliverables across digital marketing, SEO, GEO, and analytics
- Conduct SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) audits and analysis, including AI visibility tracking
- Build and maintain analytics reporting and dashboards that give clients clear visibility into performance
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO recommendations
- Develop content briefs and optimization recommendations grounded in data
- Join client calls in a supporting role, and present your own analysis to clients as you grow into the role
- Translate data and findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
- Support account managers in delivering high-quality work across multiple client accounts
- Stay current on changes in SEO, GEO, and AI search, and bring new ideas to the team
SETUP
- This is a work-from-home setup
- Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
- This is a graveyard shift role aligned with US Eastern business hours (approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST), supporting strong real-time collaboration with US-based teams and partners
REQUIREMENTS
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role and the graveyard shift
- 2–3 years minimum of relevant experience; ideal candidates have prior SEO or analytics work at an agency or in-house
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present analysis clearly to clients
- Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average
- Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with analytics and SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming
