For more information, visit  WPP.com . Digital Designer We are growing with a global client and looking for a  Digital Designer  to join our international team. This role is for someone who loves creating digital-first brand experiences - from social campaigns and motion content to web and interactive formats. You will have creative ownership, room to experiment, and the chance to shape work seen across multiple European markets. What You’ll Do: Create digital-first campaigns, visuals and brand experiences Design for social, web, mobile, display, DOOH and interactive platforms Adapt global campaigns for local European markets Develop assets across multiple formats, sizes and channels Bring ideas to life through motion, storytelling and interactive design Work closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, Motion Designers and Developers Help build presentations, storyboards and digital concepts for clients What We’re Looking For Experience in digital design (agency experience is an advantage) with overlap into motion and/or 3D Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into digital-first visual solutions Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, platforms and screen-based design Ability to design systems and visuals for multiple formats, devices and platforms Experience working with motion, interaction or 3D as part of digital storytelling Good command of English (international team environment) Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail and visual consistency Tools: Strong proficiency in digital design tools (especially  Figma , Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as a plus) Experience with motion tools (After Effects or similar) and 3D tools Understanding of responsive design, motion principles and digital production workflows Knowledge of typography and visual consistency across static and dynamic digital assets What's in it for you? 🌴 Up to 40 days off per year!
