The Role Ticketek Ovation is evolving its media function to be a truly data-led, full-funnel performance engine. As the Senior Digital and Performance Media Executive, you will support the planning, implementation and optimisation of digital media campaigns across search, social and emerging digital media, driving commercial outcomes through ticket sales for events and partners. Requirements Outcomes to Deliver In this role, success looks like: Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Assist with campaign setup across Paid Social and Google platforms, working with internal programmatic specialists on integrated campaigns, and building and maintaining audiences and targeting segments to keep pacing and performance on track. Media planning and stakeholder reporting: Support Performance Managers in drafting media plans and flighting schedules, act as the day-to-day contact for client queries and asset requests, and turn complex platform metrics into clear, client-ready reporting. Craft excellence and continuous improvement: Bring operational rigour and marketing analytics best practice to every campaign, contribute to testing plans, capture post-campaign insights, and keep building your platform knowledge through hands-on learning. Capabilities to Bring You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: Platform know-how: 1–2 years' experience in digital media or performance marketing, with foundational knowledge of Paid Social and/or Google Ads and a basic grasp of media planning principles and campaign flighting. Exposure to programmatic platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk is a bonus. Fast-paced delivery: A proactive attitude, strong prioritisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines while working collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven team. Data-curious and detail-focused: Numerate with an eye for detail, comfortable translating platform metrics into clear insights, and keen to grow into cloud-based analytics tools such as GA4, BigQuery and Looker Studio. A passion for live events, sport, music or entertainment is highly regarded. Desirable Experience and skills Experience working in sport, entertainment, ticketing, or events is advantageous but not essential. Exposure to cloud-based analytics environments such as BigQuery, GA4, and Looker Studio. Experience activating audiences from CDPs or cloud data lakes in DV360, Google Ads, or CRM-integrated campaigns. Understanding of incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and privacy-first campaign design.
