Description
The Role We’re partnering with a highly respected advisory business that provides market-leading economic insights to some of the world’s largest organisations. As the business continues to invest in its digital capabilities, they’re looking for a commercially minded Digital Acquisition & Conversion Manager to take ownership of their digital acquisition journey and help maximise conversion performance across their digital touchpoints. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on using data, experimentation and customer insight to improve digital performance. Sitting at the heart of the marketing function, you’ll work closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product and external agency partners to optimise every stage of the customer journey – from first website visit through to conversion. You’ll lead the ongoing optimisation and testing of the website and digital acquisition experience, driving improvements through CRO, landing page optimisation, A/B testing and behavioural analysis. Alongside this, you’ll own digital funnel reporting and attribution, helping the business make smarter commercial decisions based on customer data and performance insights. Working across multiple specialist agencies and internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure digital initiatives are aligned with wider commercial objectives, continually identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates and overall marketing effectiveness. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on delivery and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of a growing digital function. Skills & Experience We’re looking for someone with strong experience across digital acquisition, conversion optimisation and analytics within a commercially driven environment. You’ll ideally have experience of: • Driving digital acquisition and conversion optimisation strategies • Leading CRO programmes including A/B and multivariate testing • Improving website performance, user journeys and landing page conversion • Working with GA4 and digital analytics platforms to generate actionable insights • Managing marketing technology platforms and digital reporting • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to improve lead generation and conversion • Managing external digital, SEO, PPC or development agencies • Building dashboards, attribution models and performance reporting • Working within B2B, subscription, SaaS or professional services businesses would be advantageous Experience with Salesforce, Drupal or similar CMS and marketing automation platforms would be beneficial, but we’re ultimately looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for improving digital performance. Benefits Alongside a salary of up to £80,000 depending on experience, you’ll be joining an organisation that’s genuinely investing in its digital transformation and offers the opportunity to make a visible commercial impact. You’ll enjoy a collaborative hybrid working environment in Central London, the chance to work with experienced marketing, product and commercial teams, and the autonomy to shape optimisation strategy across multiple digital channels. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a broad digital growth function where your ideas and expertise will directly influence business performance. Sound Good? If you’re passionate about digital growth, love using data to solve commercial challenges, and enjoy improving customer journeys through testing and optimisation, we’d love to hear from you.
