Description
Travel Dietitian
Location: Stockbridge, GA
Duration: 12 Weeks with possible extension
Shift: Day Shift – 5x8 Hours (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
Location: Stockbridge, GA
Pay Range: Weekly ($1,600 – $1800)
We are actively hiring an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) for one of our clients, in Stockbridge, GA. This role involves providing comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing care plans, and supporting patients across various clinical settings within the hospital.
You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, playing a vital role in improving patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
• Monitor calorie counts, intake and output, and nutritional status
• Manage enteral nutrition (tube feedings) and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)
• Educate patients and families on nutrition-related care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in weekend and on-call rotation as required
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of Dietitian experience
• Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with nutrition assessments, enteral nutrition, and TPN management
• Epic EMR experience required
• Acute care hospital experience preferred
