Join Our Team as a Diesel Mechanic!
Are you an experienced diesel mechanic with a keen eye for detail? We're looking for someone just like you to join our team! As a diesel mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our fleet running smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
• Perform diagnostic tests on diesel vehicles to identify issues.
• Analyze diagnostic results and repair or replace components such as engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, braking systems, and lighting systems.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on service trucks.
• Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles.
• Follow inspection procedure checklists.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure the cleanliness of the shop.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience as a fleet mechanic, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic.
• Ability to diagnose electrical systems, DPF systems, and all mechanical components.
• Diverse experience, including technical schools, military background, or job experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, a solid work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Requirements
• Degree or diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering.
• ASE Diesel Certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Aptitude for mathematics and science.
• Advanced knowledge of diesel engine components.
• Strong IT and diagnostic skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 150 pounds.
• Proficiency with maintenance and repair tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
