Benefits: • Competitive pay : $27–$37/hour based on experience • Health insurance starting Day One • 401(k) match after 3 months • 80 PTO hours after 90 days • Company-paid Life Insurance • Tool stipend, laptop, and monthly phone stipend • Uniforms + laundry service (including cold-weather gear) • Ongoing paid certification training • Most managers are promoted from within Main Duties: • Perform preventative maintenance on light to heavy-duty trucks and equipment, both in-shop and on-site. • Complete DOT/State inspections and follow-up repairs • Diagnose and repair components: engine, transmission, electrical, and chassis • Use diagnostic tools, scan equipment, and road test vehicles • Communicate effectively with team members and manage your own tasks • Keep the work area clean and organized Requirements • Valid CDL license • Your own tools for daily repairs (specialty tools provided) • Minimum 3 years of diesel repair experience on medium to heavy-duty vehicles (or equivalent certifications/education/skill level) • Basic computer skills for diagnostic tools and maintenance logs Want to work with a company that invests in your growth and treats you like a professional?
