FLINT is seeking Multi-skilled Equipment Operators with dewatering experience for a permanent project position in Fort McMurray, AB starting August 2026. This position will include groundwork. In this position, you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule, camp accommodations or local, flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5,000 hours of combined experience operating support equipment. Experience may be on any combination of the following equipment, or concentrated on one or more individual pieces:
• Loader
• D6 or larger Dozer
• 450-class or larger Excavator
• Grader
• Willing and able to perform groundwork as required.
• Hold a valid CSO (Common Safety Orientation) from Energy Safety Canada.
• Physically capable of performing demanding job duties in various weather and site conditions.
• Able and willing to train on new equipment as requested.
• Able to provide a clean 5-year driver's abstract with fewer than 6 demerit points.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Dewatering or Pipe Fusing experience is an asset.
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
