As a DEWALT Field Sales Specialist , you will join our dedicated sales team supporting the Eastern Greater Toronto Area, Ontario , and report to the Manager, IC National Accounts .
In this field-based role, you will build strong relationships with distribution partners to national accounts, grow sales within your territory, and represent some of the world’s most recognized brands, including DEWALT®, STANLEY®, CRAFTSMAN®, and BLACK+DECKER® .

What You Will Get To Do
• Execute Stanley Black & Decker’s value strategy by building strong partnerships with key distribution partners.
• Develop strategic relationships with assigned distribution partners while supporting both inside and outside sales representatives to deliver jobsite solutions to end users.
• Conduct sales calls at distribution partner locations, participate in joint end-user sales calls, and support merchandising initiatives to drive sell-through and increase product awareness.
• Own your assigned territory by identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
• Champion the DEWALT brand through product knowledge sessions, local distribution events, demonstrations, and corporate initiatives.
• Develop, plan, and execute effective sales and conversion strategies to maximize territory performance.
• Plan and organize personal sales activities to maximize return on investment within your territory.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within your assigned region.
• Manage territory communication, budgets, follow-up activities, and sales reporting.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records, including call reports and customer updates.
Who You Are
• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of achievement and success.
• B2B sales experience considered an asset.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
• Highly motivated with a passion for achieving results and delivering excellence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products; experience with Salesforce and SAP is an asset.
• Willing and able to travel throughout the assigned territory.

• Competitive compensation with an anticipated annual base salary of $50,000-$60,000 , based on your experience, skills, qualifications and market location.
• Performance-based earning potential through a discretionary sales incentive bonus targeted at 15% of your annual salary , based on the achievement of defined objectives and plan terms. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
