Key Responsibilities: Problem Solving: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve server, network, and application-related issues in a timely manner. Infrastructure Management: Manage and monitor Linux-based servers, ensuring high availability and performance. Cloud Operations: Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC) to maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure. Deployment Management: Assist in deploying and maintaining applications for MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). Automation: Contribute to automating routine tasks using scripting (Bash, Python). Collaboration: Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and support of applications. Responsive Support: Provide timely support for technical issues within standard working hours. Support outside standard hours may be requested in exceptional situations, adhering to applicable labor laws. Preferred Skills: Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus. Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization. Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) is a plus. Working Hours: Standard working hours as per company policy.
