AlphaGrep is a quantitative trading and investment firm that develops ultra-low latency trading systems across global exchanges. This DevOps Engineer role focuses on L1 level monitoring and operational support for production trading applications and infrastructure. What You'll Do • Provide first-level monitoring and engineering support for production trading applications • Monitor and maintain infrastructure stability and health • Participate in operational shift cycles with the team • Use Linux command-line tools and basic networking diagnostics • Write and maintain operational scripts in Bash or Python What You Need • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in L1 monitoring and operational support • Familiarity with Linux systems administration • Knowledge of basic networking tools such as ping and traceroute • Basic scripting experience with Bash or Python • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and time management • Proactive problem-solving approach with systematic methodology Nice to Have • Prior knowledge or experience of financial trading systems Health & wellness programs, gym membership, generous vacation package, stocked kitchen, yearly offsites and corporate events
