At Experis , we are currently recruiting a DevOps Engineer to join a leading technology company focused on delivering innovative IoT solutions for Smart Cities, Industry, and Healthcare. This professional will be part of the infrastructure team, playing a key role in the management, evolution, and resilience of a complex ecosystem, with a strong focus on self-hosted environments and automation. The Challenge • Manage and scale self-hosted Kubernetes clusters , ensuring high availability and performance; • Design and implement robust security policies (RBAC, network traffic, Gateway API); • Develop and optimize Kubernetes Operators using Golang to automate internal processes; • Provision and manage physical and virtual servers through automation with Ansible ; • Ensure the resilience and integrity of critical services, databases, and development tools; • Promote a GitOps culture , driving automation and infrastructure as code practices; • Collaborate closely with development teams to improve delivery pipelines and system reliability. What We’re Looking For • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; • Proven experience in DevOps or SRE roles , ideally in bare-metal or self-hosted environments; • Strong expertise in Kubernetes architecture , including networking and security; • Experience with Golang , particularly in developing Operators and CRDs; • Solid experience with Ansible for configuration management in Linux environments; • Good understanding of GitOps principles and declarative workflows ; • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a proactive mindset. Nice to Have • Databases: experience managing PostgreSQL clusters ; • CI/CD & Registries: Tekton, Prow, Harbor ; • Observability: VictoriaMetrics, VictoriaLogs, Grafana ; • IAM: experience with SSO implementation (e.g., Authentik).
