What you'll do You are responsible for translating strategic, market, regulatory and capacity requirements into a clearly prioritised development portfolio within the EMEA development network In close alignment with Product Management, the Development Centres and Global R&D, you steer and structure where development activities are most effectively located and how existing capacities can be utilised efficiently or reallocated where needed You create transparency around resources, priorities and escalation needs, thereby helping to better connect, structure and accelerate development processes across the EMEA organisation In addition, you take on a strong PMO and project management focus, support budgeting and controlling processes, and ensure transparent steering across the development network You contribute to internal cost allocation processes and to the integration of these activities into the respective country budgets Who you are You hold an university degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Industrial Management, Business Administration or a related discipline Several years of experience in project portfolio management, PMO, R&D or a comparable cross-functional steering role within an international industrial environment are essential In addition, a strong background in development processes, portfolio governance, stakeholder alignment and management reporting is required, complemented by solid experience in project management, PMO and controlling You are a structured, proactive and communicative personality who is able to navigate complex organizations, align diverse stakeholders and maintain a clear overview in a dynamic environment Excellent English skills are essential, and additional language skills would be considered an advantage What we offer you We all shape our lives individually.
