Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Vehicle Detailing and Protection Sales person to join our team 2-3 days per week. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with warm leads and providing them with tailored solutions to address their vehicle detailing and protection needs. As part of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in building relationships, understanding customers' requirements, and guiding them towards the best-fit services we offer. Responsibilities: Engage with warm leads through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person consultations. Build rapport and establish a strong understanding of customers' vehicle detailing and protection requirements. Educate customers on our range of detailing and protection services, explaining the benefits and features of each option. Customise solutions based on individual customer needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide accurate price quotations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to service delivery. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Qualifications: Confident in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented and capable of understanding and articulating technical details of our services. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Enthusiasm for automobiles and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
