Description
Design technicians develop, calculate and construct parts and components for devices, machines and production facilities, based on data from engineers. They use computer programs to create technical drawings with measurements, materials and surface finishes. This documentation is used to serial produce and install the relevant parts.
Requirements for the four-year apprenticeship
