JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled Design Manager MEP/HVAC to lead the design and implementation of MEP and HVAC systems across our landmark infrastructure projects. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC and MEP designs to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage MEP/HVAC design activities throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure design integration and compliance. Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and best practices in MEP and HVAC design. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively in collaboration with project management. Provide technical guidance and support to the design team and other stakeholders. Participate in design review meetings and liaise with clients to address design-related queries and requirements. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and sustainability initiatives related to MEP and HVAC systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP and HVAC design management. Strong knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems design, codes, and standards. Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or building projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant design software and project management tools. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
