Description
Raikhlin Aircraft Engine Developments GmbH is a center for the design, research, development, and production of high-performance engines and their components. The company specializes in meeting the most demanding requirements of the aviation, defense, and automotiveindustries. Development is conducted in accordance with CS-E and CS-23 as part of an EASA Part 21 design organization.
We are seeking a Deputy Quality Manager (m/f/d) for our company to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
• Planning, maintaining, and further developing the integrated management system in accordance with EASA Part 21-G and 21-J
• Developing process flows, work instructions, and forms in collaboration with process owners.
• Maintaining the integrated management system within the system structure.
• Planning, preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits.
• Tracking and documentation of corrective actions resulting from audits.
• Complaint handling (including root cause analysis and management of corrective actions).
• Preparation of quality statistics.
• Preparation and redacting of specifications (including customer questionnaires and supplier approvals).
• Monthly determination of process metrics.
• Preparation of the management review with senior management.
Qualification:
• Holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of Part-21/145/ISO-9100/Part IS/HF/ICAO
• Proficiency in software (Office, IQS-CAQ, 3DExperience)
• Prior experience is beneficial but not a prerequisite for this role.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
