As our client’s Deputy Nursery Manager, you’ll play an important role in leading an Ofsted Good setting, working alongside a passionate team to deliver high-quality early years care. With age-specific rooms, engaging outdoor spaces and a nurturing environment at the heart of everything we do, this role offers the perfect balance of leadership responsibility and hands-on care.
What We’re Looking For
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher (required).
• Experience as a Deputy Manager within early years.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s development in a nurturing, well-resourced setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the setting.
• Lead and mentor staff to deliver inspiring, child-centred learning experiences.
• Maintain exceptional standards of safeguarding, compliance and EYFS practice.
• Build warm, positive partnerships with families and carers.
• Contribute to staff deployment, budgeting and administrative tasks.
