The Opportunity Our client is seeking an exceptional Deputy Managing Director to support and represent the Managing Director at their Johannesburg operations. This is a pivotal leadership role. You will take ownership of strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and commercial performance while leading a local management team across two Johannesburg sites and one Cape Town site.
