Our shop offers a dynamic and engaging environment where each day is different – you’ll need to be friendly, confident, and ready to take a hands-on approach. From delivering exceptional customer service to keeping the shop floor inviting and well-presented, you’ll ensure that every visitor, whether they are shopping or donating, has a positive experience and is encouraged to support our charity again. You might see this as an opportunity to develop your existing retail or customer service supervisory experience, or to apply your retail skills in a meaningful way. The role includes supporting with the day-today running of the shop and helping to line manage a team of dedicated volunteers. Flexibility is key, as you may be asked to cover for annual leave and sickness when necessary. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is not required for this role.
