Let’s get cooking! Join ProCook as a Deputy Store Manager and be part of our established Merry Hill Shopping Centre team, in Brierly Hill, Dudley. This is a key leadership role supporting the Store Manager in building a high-performing team from day one, shaping a strong store culture, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial results. You’ll be a visible leader on the shop floor, coaching and supporting the team daily, stepping up to lead in the Store Manager’s absence, and helping ensure smooth operations across sales, stock, service, and standards. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and Regional Manager to deliver the strategy, hit performance targets, and keep the store running at its best.
