Key Skills & Experience • 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Corporate or Institutional Banking, with a proven track record in both revenue origination and team management. • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing, coaching, or building a team of Relationship Managers in a commercial setting. • Deep corporate client network across Greater China, ASEAN, and cross-border corporate segments. • Comprehensive technical knowledge of corporate lending, credit structuring, trade finance, cash management, FX, and capital markets solutions. • Strong credit sense and familiar with risk governance, HKMA regulatory requirements, and AML/KYC standards. • Excellent strategic mindset, commercial drive, and negotiation skills. • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is essential.
