DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester - Piccadilly £ 30,596.80 per annum / £14.71 per hour. 40 hours per week across 5 days. We are looking for a Deputy Head Housekeeper to join the team as we drive standards within our Hotel. We are totally obsessed about creating the perfect environment for our Housekeeping team to thrive. Do you enjoy motivating, coaching and supporting others in being the best they can be? You can put your skills to the test as you lead the team in our Housekeeping department. Commercial awareness is important too – as the role will include budget management in regard to payroll and linen costs. Extraordinary high attention to detail is one of the key skills for our future deputy head Housekeeper – do you have the eye that’ll push our standards to the next level? We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
