Through these efforts, GPE aims to raise productivity,  flexibility  and transparency for  operations across all  government  agencies.   How we work: The Customer Success Programme Manager is a role for a leader who will serve as the key liaison between GovTech and Agencies’ senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities, drive GovTech’s initiatives at Agencies on a longer-term, and be accountable to realise outcomes using GovTech’s products that would advance the ministry cluster’s digitalisation programme. This role combines strategic stakeholder management, customer success advocacy, and operational oversight to ensure effective deployment and utilisation of GovTech’s products.   He/She will partner with senior leadership to define strategies, and ensuring its alignment to organisational needs. He/She should be portrayed as a trusted thought partner with key stakeholders. He/She should also be providing guidance to peers and team members and steer them to deliver high-quality, thoughtfully designed deliverables for a large programme through effective analysis, and within resourcing / budgeting and operational readiness considerations. He/She should set best practices, establish cross-programme collaborations, and maintain trusted relationships with leadership and key stakeholders in influencing strategies.   The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product roadmaps and Agencies’ needs whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery.   Role Overview: As a Deputy / Assistant Director, Programme Management, you  will lead and oversee  a portfolio of initiatives, or a significant subset of a programme. You will translate strategic priorities into tactical goals, orchestrating execution across multiple teams within the programme.
