Full-time, Permanent A boutique LNG shipowner in France is seeking a Commercial Manager for its commercial team in Marseille. The company owns a fleet of modern LNG carriers, offering rare ownership of key commercial relationships and direct exposure to senior leadership. You will manage a portfolio of 1-4 Time Charter Parties, acting as first point of contact for charterers whilst: • Administering time-charter parties and act as first point of contact for charterers • Manage budgets and forecast vessel operating costs • Monitor charter and vessel performance • Coordinate with technical ship managers and resolve commercial issues • Support wider commercial projects across the fleet We are looking for.. • 5+ years background in LNG shipbroking or LNG ship-owning • Strong knowledge of time-charter parties, hire calculations, off-hire, performance warranties and commercial negotiation. • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a small, entrepreneurial team The opportunity will provide a strong platform for long-term career development within LNG shipping, suitable for somebody who is looking for direct exposure to a high-vaule fleet and counterparties, whether that comes from a broking background, chartering or shipowning itself.
