About the role Arondite is looking for mission-driven Deployment Strategists to lead the planning and execution of implementing our technology with customers. You'll be responsible, end-to-end, for making sure we are solving customers' real-world problems. You will work closely with frontline users to ensure our systems are deployed effectively, safely, and with maximum operational impact. This role requires significant travel, often in challenging environments. You will need to be adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure. You will need a deep understanding of both technical systems and operational realities. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our product offering and to directly impact the lives of end users. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with users to map workflows, pain points, and operational constraints Identifying and framing customer problems that align with our product vision for Cobalt Collaborating with customers to prioritise the highest-value problems to solve Designing and guiding iterative delivery plans that alleviate user pain and demonstrate value quickly Acting as the bridge between users, product, and engineering to ensure solutions remain aligned with operational realities Leading the technical delivery across interconnected workstreams Translating business goals into a structured roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria Championing a user-centric approach across the deployment and wider company Requirements Arondite aims to bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds and with different perspectives.
