METRO opened its first cash & carry wholesale center in Pakistan in 2007 & expanded to 5 wholesale centers in a short span of 18 months. In July 2012 METRO and Makro-Habib combined their wholesale business in Pakistan marking the beginning of a long-term partnership to the mutual benefit of both companies. The merger allowed METRO and Makro-Habib to combine resources and gain the financial strength to lead and grow in a challenging environment and to gain synergies targeted to generate value for our customers and suppliers alike. Today the company is operating 10 wholesale centers in Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Islamabad & Faisalabad.

• Report to the Customer Experience Manager (CEM) and assist in stock ordering while maintaining optimum stock levels within the department.
• Lead a team of Store Associates to ensure effective merchandising, shelf management, stock management, and overall department cleanliness.
• Drive productivity improvements by enhancing operational efficiency.
• Assist the Customer Experience Manager (CEM) in achieving the department's sales targets.
• Manage the overnight mechanization of the department in accordance with DSO (Dark Store Operations) protocols and ensure the department is ready before store opening.
• Ensure products are displayed according to the approved planogram.
• Maintain secondary displays in line with BMPL guidelines.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with SOPs and comply with all company policies and operational protocols.
• Maintain discipline in timekeeping and ensure professional attire in accordance with the company's uniform guidelines.
• Conduct QA checks by following all defined protocols and checklists to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor product expiry dates during and after stock deliveries and ensure strict adherence to the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle.
Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) or equivalent.
