    Dental Patient Care Coordinator Red Deer Now Hiring: Dental Patient Care Coordinator Do you love helping people and creating exceptional patient experiences? We're looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy, well-established practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with patients, and take pride in keeping the front office running smoothly, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and compassion Answer phones and schedule appointments Build and maintain an efficient schedule Manage accounts receivable Process insurance claims and assist with patient insurance inquiries Coordinate front desk operations and administrative tasks Deliver outstanding customer service while multitasking in a busy practice Qualifications Previous dental administration experience is required ClearDent knowledge is a strong asset Knowledge of dental insurance, accounts receivable, and dental terminology Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills Friendly, professional, and confident working with the public A sense of urgency and efficiency in schedule building and schedule maintenance Must be willing to work business hours, including a couple of evenings and select Saturdays Schedule -  Full time Monday & Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Select Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Performance bonus structure Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development and career growth If you're passionate about making patients feel welcome, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors, we'd love to hear from you.
