Are you an experienced Dental Office Manager who knows how to keep a practice running smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for both patients and staff? We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Dental Office Manager to take a leadership role in our growing dental practice. What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of the dental office Lead, motivate, and support the front-office team Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency Oversee insurance verification, billing, claims, and collections Monitor production, collections, and practice performance Help improve patient retention and overall patient experience Handle staff coordination, training, and performance management Maintain compliance with office policies and procedures Work closely with the dentist/doctor to achieve practice goals Help create a positive, professional, and welcoming office culture Why Join Us?
