Location: Cornerstone Dentistry Cornerstone Dentistry is seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Lenoir, NC. Full-time: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm. Responsibilities • Provide thorough preventive and periodontal hygiene care • Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and preventive care • Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation • Perform periodontal charting and assist in diagnosing periodontal conditions • Utilize modern dental technology to support patient care and treatment outcomes • Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to create exceptional patient experiences • Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols in accordance with OSHA and CDC standards • Build trusting relationships with patients while creating a comfortable and positive environment Benefits Offered: • Competitive hourly rate between $42-$48/hr • $5,000 Signing Bonus • Competitive health benefits offered at 30 hours per week. • Matching 401K retirement Plan • Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays • Life & Disability Insurance Do you have? • Registered Dental Hygiene License • High moral standards • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with your co-workers and patients. • A fun attitude. sponsorRDH FLSA Status: Non-Exempt We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
