YOUR DAY TO DAY As a Dental Assistant, you are the heart of our mobile clinical team. Working side-by-side with our Dentists and Hygienists, you'll provide life-changing care in a dynamic environment. Your day will be filled with variety and purpose as you: Be the Friendly Face – Warmly prepare patients for procedures, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Capture the Details – Utilize digital imaging to take and develop high-quality X-rays critical for patient diagnosis. Maintain Clinical Excellence – Uphold rigorous safety standards and keep precise records to ensure top-tier care coordination. Master the Mobile Lab – Take charge of transporting and setting up our innovative mobile equipment at each new location. Requirements WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Education, Training & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum Active State Level Dental Assistant Certification At least one year of experience working in a dental setting (preferred) Must be over 25 years old, with a State Driver's License and clean driving record Skills & Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make patients feel comfortable Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Requirements: Willing & able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies Must be comfortable driving a minivan for mobile visits Must be over 25 years old, with a State Driver's License and clean driving record Benefits Compensation: Enjoy a competitive hour rate ranging from $22-27/hr Perks: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, a 401(k) plan (with 3% match), Life Insurance, and generous Paid Time Off to help you recharge and thrive.
