Description
Every smile starts with a great first impression. Not in the treatment room—but at the front desk. We're looking for a Dental Administrator who knows that exceptional patient care begins long before the appointment starts. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making people feel genuinely welcome, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Manage scheduling, patient communications, billing, and insurance coordination. Support the clinical team by keeping daily operations running efficiently. Answer questions, provide guidance, and help patients feel informed and cared for throughout their visit. Help create a clinic environment that patients trust and enjoy returning to. What You'll Bring At least 2 years of experience in a dental office. Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment coordination. Experience using Cleardent or a similar dental practice management system. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional approach. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Who You Are You thrive on helping people. You take initiative instead of waiting to be asked. You remain calm under pressure and adapt when priorities change. You believe every patient deserves an exceptional experience. If you're looking for a team that values your contributions and gives you the opportunity to make a real difference every day, we'd love to hear from you. Compensation: $25–$28 per hour, based on your experience, qualifications, and the value you bring to our team.     We are an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing accessible employment practices that are in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). If you require accommodation for disability during any stage of the recruitment process, please indicate this in your application.   We use AI tools to support parts of our hiring process, but all interviews and final decisions are led by real people who value genuine connection and human judgment.
