The Delivery Planning Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end delivery process of products from depots or terminals to customer locations. This includes monitoring dispatch activities, planning and prioritizing orders, coordinating with dispatchers and other internal teams, reallocating resources as needed, and ensuring timely and complete delivery in line with customer requirements and service level agreements. What will YOU do? Oversee dispatching activities within assigned depots/terminals to ensure efficient delivery execution Ensure to confirm that product orders are accurately recorded, loaded, and dispatched without delays due to truck or resource unavailability Analyze and prioritize customer orders based on demand, urgency, and customer profile to optimize delivery schedules Collaborate with Fuels Dispatchers to guarantee order releases align with the delivery calendar and agreed service level agreements (SLAs) Develop a comprehensive customer lineup during product allocations to ensure fair and requirement-based servicing Monitor deliveries to ensure products are transported and received at the correct site or location without issue Ensure all relevant order details are complete and accurately communicated to Account Officers for timely billing Manage the reallocation of product orders when stations are at full capacity and cannot accept additional deliveries Coordinate truck redeployment in cases of vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or delivery interruptions Communicate and coordinate with terminals involved in SEAOIL’s swapping arrangements to fulfill delivery requirements What will YOU need? At least 1 year of relevant employment experience
