Delivery Driver Pay: £12.75 per hour Job Overview Based in Exeter EX5, we are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations efficiently and safely. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of organisation, and a commitment to customer service and reliability. The Delivery Driver will play a vital part in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. • Employed role • Van provided and use for commuting is covered • Average between 20 – 40 stops per day • Monday – Friday • 9 hours a day • 45 hours per week Responsibilities: • Safely operate LWB commercial vehicles to deliver goods to clients and customers. • Load and unload items, ensuring they are secured properly during transit. • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery. • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. • Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies at all times. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Experience: • Proven experience as a Delivery Driver, ideally with LWB commercial vehicles. • Previous experience in Delivery Driver roles demonstrating reliability and punctuality. • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to commercial driving and cargo handling. Essential: • Full, clean UK Driving Licence. • Applicant must be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes.
